Rampworx hosted once again a FREE Summer Clinic, in partnership with Merseyrail, Merseytravel and C.A.L.M. The clinic took place during the school holidays for 3 days, July 27th/28th/29th. Each day we catered for a different sport with the Rampworx coaches.

Melinda Szalkai is embarking on an amazing tour around Europe to raise money for Cancer Research. The Solo-sohigh Charity Tour kicks off at Rampworx on the 1st September! The tour will last from 1st of Sept til 1st of October, visiting 25 countries, 32 cities’s skateparks within 31 days , sessioning at every stops with local skaters.

Rampworx local Anthony Watkinson is in for a busy Summer, he has been traveling around Europe the past couple of weeks hitting up the contest and now he is off to the USA to hit up the Dew Tour. He will be posting regular updates on the blog whilst he is away for a few months!

Tony came back to Liverpool for 24 hours after floating around Europe for a few weeks, just enough time to wash some clothes, pack again and then catch a train down to London just in time to catch a flight to Chicago! He sent us this picture just before boarding his 10 hour flight
Vitamin Water have hooked up everybody on this years Summer Clinic! You all get a FREE bottle, big thanks to the Vitamin Water people for supporting grass roots projects!

Rampworx will be at the Victoria Park Experience at Warrington Skatepark every Tuesday in August! They have lots going on at this event with Live Music, Graffiti, Rugby, Football, Bowls, Vollyball and much more with prizes to be won throughout the day. Make sure you come down and check it out!

If you where at NASS on the weekend you more than likely saw Rampworx local Sam Ward killing the street course in the BMX competition. Nonstopvid just released a video of Sam’s fall at the contents on his 3rd attempt at this insane gap, he had to be stretchered off to hospital after this attempt. Everyone at Rampworx wishes Sam a speedy recovery.

Rampworx attended a Summer Jam at Phoenix outdoor skatepark, Runcorn on Sunday 27th June 2010.
The event was a mix of coaching and a jam that was organised by Gail Lomax who works for the Ranger Service of Halton Borough Council
Gail was on hand to make sure the event went without a hitch and, despite the football, there was a great turn out.
